Positivo Empresas is the area of Positivo focused on the corporate market, serving both private sector companies and public sector institutions with technology solutions.
The project consists of recreating the Positivo Empresas institutional website, seeking to present its products, services, and solutions in a more modern, organized way, aligned with the needs of different audiences.
the project
was initiated in 2024 as a proposal to recreate the institutional website of the company Positivo Empresas, as well as all the supporting infrastructure it carried.
the project took about 8 months to complete, and I was responsible for the entire creation, from beginning to end -- briefing, craft, research, and delivery.
my team consisted of a designer (myself), a product manager, a front-end developer, and a back-end developer.
from beginning to end, I led the meetings, in which I directly interacted with directors from different sectors of Positivo Empresas, as well as the company's vice president.
the big problem
how to unify different fronts of a large company into a single portal, capable of communicating with both the public and private sectors?
the big problem
the entire situation involving the Positivo Empresas sector had loose ends in several aspects, so the project aimed to resolve each of them systematically, in one place.
1. The old website was completely broken, both in design and functionality. One page had a different visual style from another, each solution had a different landing page; many buttons were broken; responsiveness for smaller devices was practically nonexistent; the graphic materials were also outdated.
2. Positivo was undergoing a "historic" rebranding, representing its shift in leadership and philosophy, and its products needed to reflect this in some way, not only following the new visual materials, but also being in line with the new language.
3. The company needed to engage with both the Public and Private Sectors with equal weight – this also required meetings with directors from each sector to understand their different needs.
4. The old system did not have all the functionalities necessary to meet all the explicit needs. Furthermore, it also lacked what was needed to be scalable in the short, medium, and long term -- for example: what if they wanted to integrate an e-commerce platform into the website?
the great solution
a unified website, with its own design language
and scalable enough for all sectors.
a new design language
focused on being modern, flexible, and dynamic.
all components have been standardized and compartmentalized, with their respective tokens.
micro-interactions are part of the backbone of the project; all components have their own animation and come to life in this way.
fully responsive
for all screen sizes and types, with the necessary dynamism.
new features
it is now dynamic enough to be scalable.
important features
have finally been added to the system.
among them is a support library for all types of devices offered by Positivo, providing driver downloads, manuals, tutorials, and much more.
furthermore, with the new product page, it has now become possible and much easier to integrate an e-commerce platform for any future changes in plans.
the result
the results made the path clear.
Efficiency
-40% reduction in the time it takes to find information.
-24% dropout rate
+28% in performance
+20% success rate on tasks
Engagement
+20% interaction with strategic content
+38% in CTR for business pages
+12% increase in user retention.
final observations
despite it being a very successful project, it's normal that not all of my ideas were used throughout the process.
during a project like this, where we have to deal with and dialogue with different departments of a large company, it's common for each person's taste to prevail over the taste of others, and for not all the ideas that were originally the most "timeless" to actually see the light of day.
in this specific project, it was of utmost importance that I also acted as a "bridge" -- as the Vice President of Positivo Empresas rightly pointed out, and which was also one of the main reasons for her gratitude -- between the most divergent ideas of the directors themselves, creating a general synthesis without harming the project and that, even so, reasonably considered the personal tastes and ideals of each one.
"If it weren't for your work, we would still be facing many complications."
